Absolutely. It's easy to upgrade, and you'll only ever have to pay for workspaces with more than 2 users. Simply click on the subscriptions tab in the settings menu (top right). If you've chosen to pay for Producteev month-to-month and cancel, you'll be billed for the current month.

Enter tasks in the task bar (top center part of the web app). Beneath your workspace name, there is a guided entry field with the words Type here to create a task⦠Click add or press enter to save.

Sort tasks with filters, available in the left sidebar. When clicked, tasks will display under different criteria such as completed, starred, due today or late tasks. Sorting is also an option above the first task on your list and uses similar criteria as the sidebar.

Select the calendar icon, above your first task on the right. You can drag and drop to change deadlines, as well as drag and drop non-planned tasks (those without deadlines). Return to the previous display by clicking the list icon.

Select the number of stars (1-5) beneath the task bar or click on a task and then click on the star icon to the right to set a priority level.

Click on a task. At the bottom of task details on the right, attach files and click post to add files. Email attachments will be included as files when using Mail To Task. Virtually all file types are accepted.

Look for the gear icon in the top right to adjust your settings. Alerts is the fourth option. Check and uncheck to update the notifications you receive.

Deadlines can be added in the task bar by entering the date or day of the week. A calendar icon is also available below the task bar with a drop down menu. Click add or press enter to save.

Click on a task to add a reminder. The task details to the right include a calendar and alarm icon where you can enter and save your reminders.

Click on a task to add a recurring deadline. Use the calendar icon to repeat the task at your desired frequency. Be sure to save changes.

Use the following natural language in the task bar and Mail To Task (email subject line): assign with @Name, label with #LabelName, deadlines using days of the week, priority using asterisks.

Locate the team icon in the top left. Use the plus sign to enter email addresses and invite colleagues to a workspace.

Use the person icon in the task bar. Type the @ symbol for a list of colleagues. Be sure to enter or click add. You can also set the person responsible in the task details on the right by clicking on a task.

By default, your Producteev login is already connected to your workspace. Simply address a message to task@producteev.com and send to add the email as a task. Additional emails can be added with the gear (settings) icon in the top right. Select the Mail To Task option to include additional addresses.

Go to the gear (settings) icon. Under the Mail To Task tab, add your IM account(s). Finally add improducteev to your chat client as a contact or buddy.
